My Approach


Hi there. I am Keith.  I love learning and studying the human body, diet, cooking, exercise and the impact they have on our overall health.  Each one of us has our own strengths and weaknesses.  Stress effects everyone differently.  Therefore, everyone’s body and health is uniquely their own.  I take the time to listen to people, find out what their health goals are, examine them and create a customized care plan for their specific needs.  I also give them the education, guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.   Living a healthy lifestyle does not have to be hard, it can be creative and fun.

I want to help you not only be the healthiest you can be but also to support you to get the most out of YOUR life. I believe that the reasons people struggle with their health is because we all abuse our bodies mechanically, emotionally and nutritionally to the point where it cannot compensate any more.  Our bodies become exhausted and have to break down.   Subluxations occur, our digestion and immune systems become weak, we eat poorly and get stuck in a vicious cycle that keeps spiraling downward.  We have all been there and I am not perfect either.  The goal is not to strive for perfection but progress.

With the right doctor, coach and support, you can get your health and your life back.  I pride myself on being able to get my patients back doing what they love in a timely manner.  I consider myself more as a wellness coach then anything.  Being the doctor, diagnosing and caring for people is easy.  Educating people, getting people to change their habits and lifestyle is where the challenge lies.  People that are open, coachable and eager to learn are the ones who have the greatest success.  All professionals have coaches to help guide them towards a common goal.  If you want to get the most out of your life, it only makes sense to have a wellness coach as a part of your team.  I have several coaches and mentors that I work closely with.  It is your health, your body, your life, your choice.  OWN IT!
